All customers receive thank-you cards the day following their service. Three days later, our office manager, personally phones customers to make sure that their service was satisfactory. All customers receive Customer Satisfaction surveys. Special services like these ensure that every Ron Catt Automotive customer has been well cared for. Direct-mail, cable TV and yellow-page advertising, and an annual car care event are part of a savvy marketing plan designed to strengthen the shop's strong word-of-mouth advertising.

Ron's contribution to the Huntington Beach community extends far beyond his professional career. Each year, he sponsors a Car Care Fair in conjunction with AAA and NAPA. He has also held free women's clinics to educated women about their vehicles' automotive-maintenance needs and to suggest precautionary measures. Ron is an active member of numerous professional associations and sponsors a number of youth and community groups, including the Boy Scouts of America, DARE and the American Cancer Society.
